No experience necessary. Just bring the desire to explore Indian cuisine, willingness to cook, and an appetite. It is designed for both Vegetarian and Non-vegetarians. Both types of meals will be prepared.
Indian cooking is all about using spices. It’s fun, easy, and versatile. In this beginner’s course, you will learn the basic techniques and become familiar with spices, fresh herbs and other ingredients which gives Indian food it’s unique flavor and taste. Through demonstration and hands-on experience you will prepare exquisite dishes from appetizer to dessert. See Menu Below.
It will be a cultural experience in itself. The class ends with sharing a meal together and experiencing a virtual tour of Indian cuisine.

- Introduction to spices
- Lassi (Yogurt Drink)
- Chicken Curry
- Dal (Lentils)
- Cauliflower Mixed Vegetable
- Seasoned Basmati Rice
- Cilantro Chutney
COST: Single Class at her home: $50 plus expenses ($10.00) (Total $60; includes dinner and drinks)
